I open up iTUNES. Then I go to the search bar and type in "rain" (I isolate the search option to "songs"). I set the "Time" column to so it can descend in time. Then I click play. Prince's "Purple Rain" is the longest of them all, lasting 8 minutes & 42 seconds.

"The Rain Song" by Led Zeppelin is next up in line at 7 minutes & 39 seconds. (I didnt include the live TSRTS version, which is longer)
