Today I made a juice with my Jack La Lanne's POWER JUICER
I feel the power of natures fruit in me after drinking it.
Here are the ingredients to this wonderful natural and easy to make sweet treat:
2 apples of your choice
1 carrot
1 square inch piece of ginger root
1/2 a beet root
1 orange of your choice
1/2 lemon
THAT'S ALL!
It almost looks like something that The Lost Boys in the live action Disney movie HOOK would drink at their imaginary feast.
Keep in mind that you have the choice to include or exclude any fruit or ingredient that you want. Make your own variations and customize everything! Your taste buds are not my taste buds.
